The site price is for a basic steam cleaning only.
For carpets, a pretreatment cost of 28 cents per sq.ft where needed applies.
For upholstery a pretreatment cost of $8.95 per linear foot applies to steam cleanable fabrics.
Some fabrics aren't steam cleanable.
If your fabrics cannot be we will explain other options and quote prices on site.
