Steam King Services

Carpet Cleaning

Steam King offers carpet cleaning to remove spots & stains, pet odor and more. We start the process by inspecting the carpet and determining its needs. Then we begin the process with a deep emulsifier enzyme pre-spray that breaks down traffic lanes, oil build-up and spots & stains. Lastly we proceed to extract the carpet using high power extraction system.

Furniture

Upholstery cleaning starts with a pre-inspection to determine it’s needs. During that process we check for any rips or tears that may be effected during the cleaning process. Afterwards, we then use our enzyme pre-spray and hand scrub the upholstery to break down oil build up caused by skin contact overtime. After extraction we strategically place all upholstery in a way to ensure the quickest drying time.

Tile & Grout

Mold and mildew are the most troublesome issues we deal with when cleaning tile and grout. Since grout is extremely porous and traps dirt easily. Our process involves scrubbing every inch of grout with a special grout brush whiling applying a deep non-abrasive chemical that gets into the grout and breaks down oils and dirt build up. With that combination we then use an extraction system to clean all the tile and grout. Steam King also offers a sealant to seal up the pores tile and grout.

Hardwood

Like all floor surfaces, time and use may diminish the beauty of your hardwood floors. Steam King hardwood floor cleaning will remove soil that you just can't touch with conventional sweeping, mopping or polishing and will restore the luster and beauty of your hardwood floors.
